Returns / Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for an unwanted item returned within 14 days of delivery. Please be aware that, if you change your mind, we must receive returns within 14 days of delivery – this is irrespective of your chosen payment method. Once the 14 days are passed, we will not respond to any refund queries.

To qualify for a full refund, all items must be returned in a saleable condition, which means unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.

Also, if your order qualified for a free gift, the free gift must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.

How to return

The cost of the return is payable to the customer. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. Please email us at info@peacefulwarrior.uk before any return is made, so we will provide you with the correct address to send you the return.

Inside your package, please

  • Print your name

  • Print your order number

  • Highlight the item(s) being returned

  • Include the reason for the return

Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly. We cannot accept returned items that were not purchased from our online store.

Defects, incomplete orders, or incorrect delivery

If you are experiencing issues with a faulty product that isn’t easily photographed, we ask that you send it to the studio for testing. If we find a fault, we will replace the product immediately for you and refund your original order postage fee*. Please contact info@peacefulwarrior.uk for a return address.

If a parcel is declared lost in transit, we will immediately offer a refund or replace your order. We are unable to refund or cancel orders while still in transit.

*We cannot cover the return postage for shipments outside of the UK.
